Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that during peak seasons and holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Domestic Shipping (South Korea)
We offer free shipping on all domestic South Korea orders via CJ Logistics. No minimum order required.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship within the United States via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.
For orders under $250, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and delivery address.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS. Orders over $350 USD qualify for free international shipping. For orders under $350, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and destination.
International shipping includes (but is not limited to): Canada, Mexico, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Oceania, Europe, and South America.

Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your shipping cost at checkout and will not be covered by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 3 business days of receipt at support@remilia.org with your order number, tracking information, and photos of the damage where applicable. If you believe your order has been lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once you provide us with evidence that the carrier has opened an investigation and a claim is active, we will move forward with a resolution in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please note that certain destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or customs regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
